Lately i have been completly slacking when it comes to exercise. It just seems like i am always on the go (i work 35-40 hours in an office and go to college full time) and whenever i get a moment working out is the last thing that i want to do!
Any tips on fitting in exercise??

I guess you need to re-evaluate your schedule and make a plan for your exercise. I used to be in college full time and work full time so I know exactly where you're coming from. What worked for me was working out at freakish times, but it's what I was able to stick to. Write out your weekly schedule and pencil in the times you will commit to exercising. Type it up and print this new schedule and follow it. Think of it this way. You're taking care of your future self by going to college. You're responsible by working an office job. Now make the working out a gift to your future self too, by giving yourself a healthier and happier body. School and work are soooo stressful and the exercise will give you a way to relieve the stress but also look hotter in those jeans, ya know what I mean? And also maybe try to mix it up with your workouts, try a new dvd or a new class. Or just a new machine at the gym. I also recommend buying some fun new gear like shoes to get you excited about using them.
Good luck to you. You'll be able to fit it all in, just make that plan and adhere to it. You'll feel more balanced.
