I tried SmartBurn with hoodia for about a month, and overall lost about 4 pounds while taking them, which is good--but to be honest i could have done that without them as well.
Then i tryed hydroxycut and had an awful time with it--i was tired all the time and extremly moody--i never even took into consideration that it could have been because of hydroxycut until i
ran out of them and relized that my days were getting a whole lot better! To be honest i didn't lose more than a pound with an entire bottle of hydroxycut.
I think that its hard to take diet pills because you feel like you can get away with eating more, which is the wrong mindset. They are there to aid weight loss i belive, not create it.
Plus when bottles run an average of $35 each it can get costly--especially if you take what they recommend each day; one bottle will only last about 2 and a half weeks!
diet pills do not work unless you change your lifestyle with diet and exercise.... but they only work because you changed your lifestyle. you don't need them. diet and exercise work!! its a
miracle!!
I must say the Xenadrine worked great but I was also working out like mad and in my 20's.
The Lipodrene really worked but I didn't like the side effects!
I would not recommend them unless you just need a jump start to get motivated. Don't use them long term. Watch out for ephedrine!! It's potent stuff and comes with risks & side effects.

3Over the years I tried:
Hoodia
Corti-Slim
Lipodrene
TrimSpa
Xenadrine

Good luck!
4Side note...
As much as it bites working out and eating right is the best and most effective way to lose weight!!
Diet pills are a quick fix and once you stop taking them you will gain the weight back if you have not adopted a healthy way of life.
I have a very strict diet these days because I dread working out!
Unless I'm dancing or playing with my son!
♥
5on Hoodia right now ...in the past it has worked ...
I'm a little older now ...I will let you know!!!

6My situation has changed but when I did, didnt see any difference
even with working out

7I am scared to take any. I have a heart murmur and do not want it to make it worse.
8I wouldn't try them. There are other ways to stay fit. Moreover, these pills can cause serious damage to our health.
